finally coming up for air ..

whew ..a little break in all the craziness of the last couple of weeks ..one of the characters in my animation isnt working, so they shelved it for now and as a result i have about half a day of nothin to do !!so what do you do on a precious half day of blissful nothing-ness ? you take yourself out for the lunch special bento box at 'I Love Sushi' on Queen Street and then go and buy a brand new bicycleand tool around the streets of Toronto for awhile on it *thats* what you do :)(FYI i dont go and buy a new bike every lunch hour ... i rode my old one right down .. his name was Syd .. R.I.P Syd *sigh*)and im telling you, good japanese food, bicycles and the beautiful spring sunshine put you in an awesome mood its the simple stuff aint it the week is flying by thank god..gettin me that much closer to this weekend .. my roomates are throwing a party at a pub nearby which is going to be DJ'd by one roomate James (all soul and all old school .. for some reason his cut off date for music is 1978 .. hes kind of a freak like that .. but a lovable freek none the less :))and my other roomate Dave's band is playing called 'The Rolling Machine' they have 2 drummers that they put up in the front of the stage and Dave (vocals and guitar) plays behind them ive heard them, but i havent seen them play yet (they formed when i was livin in NYC and since ive been back have only played a party somewhere outside the city .. pah .. i dunno even know where .. i dont venture out of downtown much .. im such a snob that way :))i was just talking to someone whos seen them before and are described as 'uhhhhh yeah .. they are .. uhmm interesting'expect a show review on monday :) man .. i can feel the good times coming and they be a rockinso on that note peace out me pretties
